- 2 cans beer, (I use Guinness Beer).
- 3 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 Ribeye Steak.
- For the rub.
- 1 tbsp brown sugar.
- 1 tbsp dried tarragon (Italian season).
- 1 tsp salt.
- 1 tsp pepper.
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika.
- 1 tsp garlic powder.
- 1/4 tsp chili powder.
- 1/4 tsp ground chipotle chile.
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper.
- 1/4 tsp slap ya mama.
- 1 slice orange.
