Ingredients for Chipotle Chicken Tostadas:
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast.
- Tostada Shells.
- 1 can Chipotle in adobo sauce.
- 1 Onion.
- Lettuce.
- 9 Tomatos.
- Salsa.
- Crema or table cream.
- 1 crumbly queso fresco or shredded parmesan cheese.
- Beans (homemade or canned is fine) see my tip! on 5 min canned.

- Oil for a pan.
- 5 min "Homemade" canned Beans! (Optional Tip).
- Canned whole beans of choice.
- Garlic powder.
- Salt.
- Some sliced onion.
- In a pan saute onion with some oil until clear.
- Add beans and garlic powder and salt. mash with potato masher.
