Ingredients for Classic Holiday Fudge:
- 2/3 cup Evaporated milk.
- Marshmallow fluff 7 oz jar.
- 1 cup white sugar.
- 2 Tbsp butter.
- 1/4 tsp salt.
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips.
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional).
Step by step how to cook Classic Holiday Fudge:
- Pepare a 8x8 pan lined with foil for easy removal. Pour the 3 cups of chocolate chips into a bowl measured out along with 1/2 cup of walnuts..
- In med sauce pan combine butter, evaporated milk, salt, sugar, marshmallow fluff. Heat slow at first to get marshmallow to melt, bring to a boil on med hi heat stir continuously using a rubber spatula for 5 min. Dont let it burn or carmelize turn heat down if you see signs of burning..
- Remove mixture from heat and slowly combine chocolate into heated mixture add vanilla once half of the chocolate has been combined. Feel free to combine in a larger seperate bowl if sauce pan is not deep enough. Once thoroughly combined. Pour into 8x8 foil lined pan. Place i refrigerator for 2 hours. Enjoy.
