Ingredients for Dry rub - Pork Spare Ribs:
- spice.
- 2 tbsp paprika.
- 1/4 tsp mexican chili powder.
- 1/4 tsp red cayenne pepper.
- 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- 1/2 tsp onion powder.
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder.
- 1/4 tsp salt.
- sugars.
- 1 tbsp honey.
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar.

- Combine all spice ingredients in bowl.
- Pour 1/2 tablespoon of honey on inside cavity of ribs and massage into ribs.
- Apply rub liberally to inside cavity of ribs and rub into ribs.
- Pour 1/2 tablespoon of honey on outside cavity of ribs and massage into ribs.
- Apply rub liberally to outside cavity of ribs and rub into ribs.
