Ingredients for St. Louis Style RibsπŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰:

  1. Rack St. Louis Style Ribs (or pork spareribs).
  2. Light brown sugar.
  3. Red Chili powder.
  4. Chipotle Chili powder.
  5. Garlic powder.
  6. Lawry's seasoned salt.
  7. Favorite BBQ sauce (I use Stubs Spicy).
  8. Wood chips for smoke flavor (I used apple).

Step by step how to cook St. Louis Style RibsπŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰:

  1. Get your grill ready 😁.
  2. Prepare ribs by washing and removing membrane lift it with a knife and pull with paper towel to get a grip.
  3. Mix the light brown sugar, garlic powder, red chili powder, and Chipotle powder together in a bowl this is your rub.
  4. Apply rub generously to both sides let it sit for about 30 minutes.
  5. Get your wood chips ready to soak in a bowl of water for at least 30 minutes.
  6. When grill is ready place ribs on the grill indirect heat method keep temperature at 200 for a few hours and occasionally add wood chips to the fire and turn ribs over a few times.
