Ingredients for Chikoo Choco Halwa:
- 4 fresh chikoos gratted.
- 1/2 cup Powdered almonds and kaju.
- 1 cup Khoya.
- 1/2 cup Dessicated coconut.
- 1tbsp Coca powder.
- Half cup powdered sugar.
- 2 Cardmom powder of cardmoms.
- 1 tbsp ghee.
- Kaju for garnish.
Step by step how to cook Chikoo Choco Halwa:
- Take pan.
- Add ghee heat it.
- Add gratted chikko.saute.
- Add dessicated coconut.
- Mix and cook in sliw flame.
- Add khoya and sugar.mix..
- Continue to stir.
- Now add powdered dry fruits and cardmom.
- Mix and stir add coca powder.
- Stir and cook nicely till it leaves sides of pan.
- Off the flamelet it cool.
- Spread in greased thali.
- Let it set for 15 mts.
- Cut into square pieces.
- Serve.
