- 2 tsp lime juice.
- 1 tsp sugar.
- 1 tsp minced fresh cilantro (optional).
- 1/2 tsp paprika.
- 1/2 tsp vinegar (white or apple cider seem best).
- 1/2 tsp water.
- 1/4 tsp salt.
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
- 1/4 tsp ground chipotle chile.
- 1 pinch thyme.
- 1 pinch ground cumin.
