  2. 2 cups cubed baked ham.
  3. 1 cup grated Longhorn or Cheddar Cheese.
  4. 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup.
  5. 2/3 cup milk or evaporated milk.
  6. 1 small can of mushroom pieces.
  7. 1 tsp instant minced onions.
  8. 1 tsp parsley flakes.
  9. 2 Tlbs butter.
  10. 1/2 can Durkee Fried Onions.

  2. Layer noodles and ham mixture in greased 2 qt. Casserole dish..
  3. Sprinkle the minced onions, parsley flakes, and mushroom pieces between the layers..

  5. Top with 1/4 cup of cheese and Dot with butter..
  6. Bake uncovered at 375° for 25 minutes..
