Marble cake - Turned out great! Very moist.. Today I am sharing this Marble cake! A quick and easy dinner that is ready in under 35 minutes! A marble cake is a cake with a streaked or mottled appearance (like marble) achieved by very lightly blending light and dark batter. It can be a mixture of vanilla and chocolate cake, in which case it is mainly vanilla, with streaks of chocolate. A marble cake is butter cake with mottled with chocolate or with streaks of chocolate. This marble cake can be kept at room temperature (summer/tropical weather) for a day. My husband's favorite cake is Marble so I thought I could make one from scratch.

Ingredients for Marble cake:
  1. 1.1/2 cup refined flour.
  2. 3/4 cup sugar.
  3. 1/2 cup oil.
  4. 1/2 cup Lukewarm milk.
  5. 1 tsp baking powder.
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda.
  7. 1tsp vanilla essence.
  8. 2 tsp coca powder.
  9. 1/2 tsp coffee powder.
  10. Pinch salt.

I initially titled this post marbled layer cake recipe. Soft, fluffy, moist marble cake, made with vanilla and chocolate cake swirled together. This cake is easy to make with my step-by-step instructions (and new video!), and is frosted with my favorite silky. The best marble cake I've ever had.

Step by step how to cook Marble cake:
  1. Sieve refined flour,salt,sugar, baking powder and soda.
  2. Mix well oil, Lukewarm milk.
  3. Add vanilla essence.
  4. Divide it in 2 portions.
  5. 1of part mix coffee and coca powder.
  6. Mix properly.
  7. Take a mould &grease it.
  8. Take same size of 2 spoons.
  9. Firstly pour plain batter then chocolate repeat it half tin.
  10. Then take a toothpick lightly cut in 4 portion(only upper layer).
  11. Then more 4.
  12. Bake it in 170*for 30 mnts...

Take one cup of butter, two cups of pulverized sugar, three cups of flour, four eggs, one cup of sweet milk and two teaspoonfuls of baking powder. Make your marble cake using a purchased cake mix. You can bake a round layered cake or a large single layered cake. Then frost the moist marble cake with your favorite frosting or ganache. This marble cake recipe features vanilla cake swirled with chocolate for a gorgeous marble effect.
