Ingredients for Asskickin Ribs:
- 1 Slab Ribs baby back or spare either works well. I prefer spare.
- 1 your favorite rib rub. I use my own.
- 1 honey.
Step by step how to cook Asskickin Ribs:
- Crack a cold one.
- Remove membrane from back of ribs, wash and post dry.
- Trim rib tips of for "St. Louis" cut ribs.
- Coat front and back of ribs heavily with rub..
- Place in smoker @ 250° for 3 hrs..
- Remove ribs from smoker and double wrap in foil and place back in smoker for 2 hrs..
- Remove ribs from smoker and unwrapp. Coat front side of ribs liberally with honey and put back in smoker for 1 hr..
- Eat and enjoy!.
