Ingredients for Chinese Beef Steak:
- 1/2 kg beef.
- 1/4 cup oil.
- 5 clove garlic.
- 1 pinch salt.
- 2 tsp msg / magic sarap.
- 1 cup ketchup.
- 1/2 cup brown sugar.
- 1 tbsp paprika / chili powder.
- 2 medium onion.
Step by step how to cook Chinese Beef Steak:
- slice beef thinly.
- heat oil in pan and fry garlic.
- sear beef until almost fried in texture but do not overcook.
- add salt and msg.
- mix in the ketchup and sugar, lower down heat.
- while simmering add in the chili powder.
- when the sauce is almost dry add the onion rings and slightly cook.
- take off from heat and serve.
