- 2 whole medium sized Seabass gutted & washed.
- 1 red chilli finely sliced.
- 1 thumb size piece of fresh ginger finely sliced.
- 2 cloves garlic finely sliced.
- 1 lime finely sliced.
- 6 Basil leaves.
- 4 Sprigs Thyme.
- Handful Lemon Verbena.
- Olive oil.
- 1 lemon.
- S&P.
- Sprigs Dill to decorate & flavour.
