- 1 lb Steak (top round).
- 2 large Bell peppers.
- 1 large Sweet onion.
- 2 can Hunts diced tomatoes (14.5 oz).
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour.
- 2 tbsp Olive oil.
- 1 as needed Steak seasoning.

- Slice onions and peppers and trim fat off steak.
