Ingredients for Just Marinate and Cook! Authentic Spare Ribs:
- 300 grams Pork spare ribs.
- For the sauce:.
- 1 tbsp Honey.
- 1 tbsp White wine ( Cooking sake is also good.).
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce.
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper.
Step by step how to cook Just Marinate and Cook! Authentic Spare Ribs:
- Place the macerating sauce ingredients into a bag, and mix thoroughly..
- Wipe the excess water from the spare ribs with a paper towel, place into the bag from step 1, squeeze out the air and seal the bag, and let it macerate in the fridge for more than 30 minutes..
- Shake the excess sauce off of the spareribs, place into a pan, cover with a lid, and cook through over low medium heat. Don`t throw away the leftover sauce just yet!.
- Remove the lid from time to time to flip over the ribs to cook it through all the way, and to turn it golden brown..
- Once the spare ribs have cooked through, place the leftover sauce from step 3 into a pan, and glaze the meat..
- Cook the spare ribs all the way through, glaze nicely, and transfer to plates..
