Ingredients for Kacha Gullah:
- 2 liter Milk.
- 2 tbsp vinegar.
- 1 piece cotton cloth.
- 7 tbsp Condensed milk.
- For coating.
- Milk powder.
Step by step how to cook Kacha Gullah:
- 1st boil milk in a pot then put vinegar in boiled milk till it separated into water & paneer.
- For strain water hang the paneer in cotton cloth for 30 min.
- Knead the paneer like dough after knead speperate it into 2 portion.
- In half portion mix the condensed milk & cook in a pen until it's become dry.
- Mix it with another half paneer portion & again knead it & make balls, size as you like.
- At last coat the balls with milk powder.
- Yummy kacha gullah is ready.
