Ingredients for My Fish Noodles 😋:
- 3 fillets White Fish your choice.
- 100 g Mixed Seafood.
- 100 g Spinach.
- 100 g Sweetcorn.
- 100 g Petit pois.
- 1 Tbsp Soya sauce.
- 1 tsp rice vinegar.
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper.
- 1 pinch Salt.
- 150 g Soft ribbons noodles for frying..
- 2 Tbsp olive oil.
Step by step how to cook My Fish Noodles 😋:
- Add the olive oil to a deep frying pan or wok and heat oil.
- Add the fish fillets and seafood mix into the oil fry on high stirring and turning the fish over for 3 minutes until softy, no need to cut up fillets as they break up cooking ..
- Add all the veg and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the soya sauce, rice wine vinegar and lemon juice and stir in and simmer for 5 minutes.
