Ingredients for Salmon Tartare:
- 8 oz boneless, skinless salmon fillet (sushi grade).
- 1/4 cup finely diced cucumber.
- 1 Tbsp lime juice.
- 1.1 /2 tsp minced chives.
- 1.1 /2 tsp minced cilantro.
- 1.1 /2 tsp vegetable or olive oil.
- 1.1 /2 tsp minced, seeded jalapeno.
- 1.1 /2 tsp minced shallot.
- 3/4 tsp minced ginger.
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
- 1/4 tsp lime zest.
- Salt and pepper.
Step by step how to cook Salmon Tartare:
- Place salmon on a plate and freeze for 20 minutes until firm.
- Cut salmon into 1/8 cubes and place into a bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
