Ingredients for Salmon Tartare:

  1. 8 oz boneless, skinless salmon fillet (sushi grade).
  2. 1/4 cup finely diced cucumber.
  3. 1 Tbsp lime juice.
  4. 1.1 /2 tsp minced chives.
  5. 1.1 /2 tsp minced cilantro.
  6. 1.1 /2 tsp vegetable or olive oil.
  7. 1.1 /2 tsp minced, seeded jalapeno.
  8. 1.1 /2 tsp minced shallot.
  9. 3/4 tsp minced ginger.
  10. 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
  11. 1/4 tsp lime zest.
  12. Salt and pepper.
