- 1 tbsp capers, finely chopped.
- 1 freshly squeezed lime.
- 1 tbsp olive oil.
- 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper.
- 2 whole cloves.
- 1 tsp rice vinegar (optional).
- 1 tbsp maple syrup.
