  1. 1 salmon head or any fish.
  2. 15 dried Chili.
  3. 2 tbsp Of oil.
  4. 6 garlic.
  5. 1 onion.
  6. 1 tbsp Of dried Sichuan pepper corn.
  7. 4 tbsp light soy sauce.
  8. 1 tbsp dark soy sauce.
  9. 3 tbsp Of sugar.
  10. 5 tbsp Of water.
  11. 4 tbsp dice sour vegetables.

Step by step how to cook Salmon With Soy Sichuan Sauce:
