- Whole peppercorns 1 teaspoon coarsely crushed.
- Black cardamom 1 crushed.
- Oninon 2 medium sliced,ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon,.
- Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon,tomatoes 2 medium sliced.
- Mixed veggie (potato,pea cauliflower,carrot,capsicum) 5 cup chop.
- Water 33 cup(500ml),Rice 1/3cups(200gm) salt to taste.
- Coriander leaves 4 tablespoon chopped.

- STEP 01 Heat the ghee in a pan, add the cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom, star anise, peppercorns and black cardamom. Then, add the onions and sauté till they turn golden brown..
