  6. Oninon 2 medium sliced,ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon,.
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon,tomatoes 2 medium sliced.
  8. Mixed veggie (potato,pea cauliflower,carrot,capsicum) 5 cup chop.
  9. Water 33 cup(500ml),Rice 1/3cups(200gm) salt to taste.
  10. Coriander leaves 4 tablespoon chopped.

  1. STEP 01 Heat the ghee in a pan, add the cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom, star anise, peppercorns and black cardamom. Then, add the onions and sauté till they turn golden brown..
  2. STEP 02 Add the ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry till the raw smell is gone. Add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and sauté for a minute..
  3. STEP 03 Add the tomatoes and sauté till they are well cooked. Add all the vegetables and mix well..
  4. STEP 04 Add the water, crumbled MAGGI cubes, mint leaves and coriander leaves. Mix well and add salt to taste. Bring to boil and add rice..
