- 1-1/2 tablespoons prepared Horseradish.
- 1/3 cup favorite barbecue sauce.
- sandwich----------.
- 4 slices bread.
- 6 ounces canned boneless and skinless pink salmon.
- 3 large eggs.
- as needed sliced dill pickle chips.
Step by step how to cook Fried Egg and Salmon Sandwich:
- Fry the salmon and Eggs in a skillet.
- Cover one slice of bread with pickle chips.
- Add the Horseradish and barbecue sauce to a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Add eggs and Salmon to top of pickles.
- Drizzle sauce over egg and Salmon.
