Ingredients for Fried Idli:
- 12-14 cooked idilies.
- 2 Onion in slices.
- 1 Capsicum chopped.
- 1 Tomato chopped.
- 1/2 Cup boiled corn.
- 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- 3 tsp chopped Kadi Patta(curry leaves).
- 2 chopped green chillies.
- 1 tsp lemon juice.
- pinch turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp coriander powder.
- To taste Salt.
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder.
- 1 tsp Kasoori methi.
- 1 packet maggi magic masala.
- as needed Oil/butter.
- Pinch asafoetida (hing).
- As needed Tomato sauce.
Step by step how to cook Fried Idli:
- Cut idilies into small pieces..
- Heat oil in a pan..Add heing, curry patta,green chillies and onion.Saute all of them.Now add veggies with salt to this & fry for 2 min.Now add idilies, Maggi magic masala & some tomato sauce, mix it properly..
- Sprinkle some kasoori methi and lemon juice.Serve it with coriander leaves..
