Ingredients for Surprise Cake:
- For cake.
- 2 pack Bourbon biscuits.
- 1 cup Milk.
- 1 sachet Eno.
- Dry fruits chopped.
- Tutti fruti.
- For icing.
- 2 Mango chopped.
- 4 tbsp Fresh cream.
Step by step how to cook Surprise Cake:
- First grind biscuits into a powder.
- Next transfer them in a bowl add milk mix well to form a smooth batter.
- Preheat the cooker for 5 min and grease the cake tin with oil.
- Now add eno to the batter and mix well next add tutti fruti and nuts in batter.
- Now pour the batter in cake tin and bake for 30 min on medium flame..
- Next in a blender add chopped mango and cream blend well till it becomes thick.
- Now put this icing into freezer so that it sets properly before icing ur cake.
- Check the cake after 30 min with tooth pick if it's done take it out and let it cool.
- Once it's cool u start icing ur cake and put cake in freezer let it set and once it set once again another layer of icing on the cake and keep it in fridge and let it set properly.
- Once done cut the cake and it's ready to serve😊.
