Step by step how to cook Suya Chicken:
- In a pot, Add whole chicken, pour water until it almost covers the chicken, add seasonings, fresh ginger and garlic, basil leaves & onions. Cook until almost soft..
- Strain from the stock and save the stock for other uses. Mix the kulikuli with spices and red chilli pepper add oil until it almost makes a paste not runny though..
