  1. 10 hand full moringa leaves (fresh).
  2. 5 tablespoons kuli kuli Powder (groundnut cake powder).
  3. 1 medium onion.
  4. 2 tablespoons oil.
  5. 1 egg (optional).
  6. 2 tomatoes.
  7. 1 Maggi (stock cube).
  8. 1 teaspoon yaji (ground chili pepper).
  9. 1 atarugu (scotch bonnet pepper) for garnishing.

  1. Pluck leaves from stalk. Don't worry if a little stalk remain behind.
  2. Boil for about 20 minutes or until tender. But don't let it over cook (get too soft) so as to still retain its medicinal value. And drain in a colander.
