Ingredients for Salmon Mentai Rice:

  1. 260 g salmon skin-off.
  2. 1 cup cooked rice.
  3. Seaweed.
  4. 2 tbs soy sauce.
  5. 1 tsp sesame oil.
  6. Mentai Sauce.
  7. 5 tbs kewpie mayonnaise.
  8. 2.5 tbs sweet chilli sauce.
  9. 2 tbs tobiko.

Step by step how to cook Salmon Mentai Rice:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°.
  2. Marinate salmon in soy sauce and sesame oil for 10 mins and pan fry.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, chilli sauce, and tobiko together and set aside.
  4. Mix cooked rice with seaweed in pyrex.
  5. Place salmon on top of rice and pour mentai sauce over it.
  6. Add seaweed on too of the sauce.
  7. Bake rice in 180° oven for 10-18 mins.
