  2. 3 medium sized tomatoes.
  3. 1 red bell pepper.
  4. 1 medium white onion.
  5. 2 cloves garlic.
  6. 1 TSP paprika.
  7. 1/2 TSP black pepper.
  8. 1 pinch saffron.
  9. 1/2 TSP salt.
  10. 1 pinch allspice.
  11. 2 tablespoons tomato paste.
  12. 200-250 grams frozen green beans.
  13. fish bone broth.
  14. 3 cups short grain rice.
  15. 100 grams each of mussels, large shrimp and calamari rings.
  16. 500 grams grilled sea bass meat.
