Step by step how to cook Ogbono soup with white amala:

- In a pot add the pbomo dried fish and tripe add water and allow to boil.
- Add the grated kayan miya then seasoning and spices.

- Lastly add ugu (u can use alayyahu or oziza leaf)then cover it for 3mint then its ready.
- Done.
- For the amala you first add water in a pot and allow to boil and the powder and tuka it well.
- Cover and allow to simmer for 2mint.
- Tied it in a nylon leather.
- Done.
