Ingredients for Restaurant Style French Fries:
- 2 potato sliced, Cut in 1-2 cm each.
- As per taste Salt.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- 1 tsp maggie magic masala.
- as required Oil for frying.
- 2 tbsp cornflour.
- as required Water for boiling.
Step by step how to cook Restaurant Style French Fries:
- First cut potato then wash them 2-3 times or till water gets clear. Then heat water for boiling add little salt then add washed potato boil them for 5 mins on medium flame..
- Drain out the potato spread them on the cloth let it cool down then add cornflour mix them well and refrigerate them for at least 1-2hrs in freeze. After 2 hrs keep oil for frying. Meanwhile in a separate bowl add salt, red chilli powder and Maggie magic masala and mix them..
