  5. Add the seasonings to d cooking pot and add ur required water cover and allow to cook,wen it boils add ur grind ginger, nutmeg,garlic and daddawa stir and add ur fish,and meat,allow to cook for 30mnts.
  6. Lower the heat and Use ur whisker by adding d okro powder gradually and mix well cover and allow to cook for 3mnts.
  7. Serve.
