- 1 1/2 tbsp Minced garlic.
- 1 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper.
- 1 1/2 tbsp Adobo.
- 1 tbsp Ground blk pepper.
- 1 pinch Pink Salt.
- 1 1/4 tsp Ground Thyme.
- 1/3 Purple onion chopped.
- 2 cup Instant potatoes.
- 1 cup Broccoli spares.
- 1 can Whole kernal sweet corn.
- 1 lb Ground chuck.
- 1 A mix of shreded colby jack & mild chedd. chees.
- 2 tbsp Butter for potatoes.
- 1 tsp Olive oil for meat.

- Cook potatoes. Add finished potatoes to cassarole dish.
- Add cooked & drained meat on top of potatoes..
- Add all seasonings & onions to meat, cook til browned. Turn oven on 375.
- Remove grease from pan and lightly cook veggies in pan.
