- Ugu.
- Waterleaf.
- Meat.
- Dry fish.
- Stockfish.
- Canda/ Pomo.
- Crayfish.
- Pepper, Maggi and salt.
Step by step how to cook Edikang Ikong soup. #Surprise:
- Cut and wash ugu and waterleaf very well keep aside..
- Wash meat, pomo, stockfish and dry fish into pot and add ur pepper Maggi and salt to taste. Pls don't add onions..
- If meat is soft and no water in the pot, add ur waterleaf and crayfish cover to steam a little, open and stir then add ur oil cover to boil well..
- If the waterleaf is well cooked add ur pepper Maggi and salt then taste. Then u can now add your ugu leaf that has been well drained of water stir, taste and put down within 2min..
- You can then serve with either fufu, rice or semo.
