- 1 whole mango (I used small ataulfo type but any will work).
- 1 whole lime squeezed.
- 3-5 rounds of Fresh Tumeric Root.
- 2-3 tbsps Indian style yogurt.
- 1-1.5 cups almond milk enough to fill my magic bullet smoothie attachment.
- 8 dashes or 1/2 tsp of cardamom.
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup or any sweetener to taste.
- 3 ice cubes.
