- 1/2 cup chunky cinnamon apple sauce.
- 1 cup walnuts.
- 2/3 cup raisins.
- 1/2 cup honey.
- 10 large discos/empanada pastries.
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- As needed peanut oil to medium fry in.
- As needed equal amounts of cinnamon and sugar mixed.
