  1. 1 lb Boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4 inch thick.
  2. 1 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream, any variety.
  3. 2 tbsp flour.
  4. 1/2 cup water.
  5. 2 tsp Instant beef bouillon granules.
  6. 1/4 tsp pepper.
  7. 2 tbsp butter or margarine.
  8. 1 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms.
  9. 1/2 cup chopped onion.
  10. 1 clove garlic, minced.
  11. 4 cup hot cooked noodles.
