- 1 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream, any variety.
- 2 tbsp flour.
- 1/2 cup water.
- 2 tsp Instant beef bouillon granules.
- 1/4 tsp pepper.
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine.
- 1 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms.
- 1/2 cup chopped onion.
- 1 clove garlic, minced.
- 4 cup hot cooked noodles.
