Ingredients for Nigerian Jollof rice and Fried Turkey:

  1. 5 cups rice.
  2. 10 medium sized tomatoes.
  3. 4 medium sized tatashe.
  4. 2 handful fresh pepper.
  5. 4 medium sized onions.
  6. 2 small tinned tomatoes.
  7. 3 kg Turkey.
  8. Curry powder.
  9. Thyme.
  10. Rosemary seasoning.
  11. Garlic powder.
  12. Ginger powder.
  13. Dried grounded black pepper.
  14. Grounded dry crayfish.
  15. to taste Salt.

Step by step how to cook Nigerian Jollof rice and Fried Turkey:

  1. Cut turkey, and wash thoroughly.
