Ingredients for Pineapple Surprise Bread pudding:
- 4 eggs.
- 4 cup Breadcrumbs.
- 2 tbsp corn syrup.
- 1/4 cup sugar.
- 1 tsp vanilla.
- 1/2 cup butter soften..
- 1 cup sugar.
- 20 oz can pineapple crushed ,(keep juice with pineapples).
- 2 cup milk.
- 1 tsp Cinnamon.
Step by step how to cook Pineapple Surprise Bread pudding:
- mix milk, eggs, vanilla and 1 cup sugar beat mixture well, now put bread crumbs into mixture..
- turn bread crumbs softly, in the mixture.put in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- oil spray ,into a8×8 pan.
- mix pineapples w/ corn syrup..
- put pineapples/ juice into the pan, now take the bread pudding mix ontop of pineapples spread evenly, now rest of 1/4 sugar sprinkle on top of mixture of bread pudding, now spoon on melted butter on top of bread pudding evenly. now bake for 1hour..
- cinnamon gose w/#1. milk and egg ect. mix.
