  1. 1 packages frozen rice.
  2. 2 can diced tomatoes.
  3. 1 tbsp minced onion.
  4. 1 tbsp dried basil.
  5. 1 tsp oregano.
  6. 1 tsp onion powder.
  7. 1 tsp garlic powder.
  8. 1/4 tsp salt.
  9. 1/4 tsp pepper.
  10. 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper.
  11. 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey.
  12. 1 tsp sweetener your choice.
  13. 1 tbsp Worcester sauce.
  14. 1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese.
  15. 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese.

  1. Preheat oven 350.
  2. In a skillet brown ground turkey in Worcester sauce until almost done. let stand to finish cooking. you don't want to dry out the turkey..
  3. In a blender add all ingredients except turkey and rice. meanwhile microwave rice 5 1/2 minutes. pulse blender a few times or to your desired consistency..
  4. Pour blender contents into browned turkey and stir in rice. Spray casserole with cooking spray. Pour mixture into casserole..
  5. Mix your cheeses and dollop in mixture like with lasagne. I sprinkled bread crumbs and parmesan over top..
  6. Bake 40 minutes ..
  7. I used 1 can fire roasted garlic tomatoes and 1 can basil, oregano, and garlic. Up to you what you prefer..
