- 2 scallions chopped thinly.
- 1 small onion diced finely.
- 1 cup of goya sofrito in a jar.
- 1 can tomato sauce.
- 3 cup of white long grain rice, rinsed..
- 1 1/2 tbsp cilantro (optional, I was put so I omitted this this time).
- 2 tbsp EVOO.
- 1 can of goya pink beans (I used the seasoned one with Olive oil, cilantro & onion) or any bean of your liking. Reserve can for liquids..
- 1 packages of chorizo sausage with 2 pcs in it diced small.
- 1 envelope goya sazon with anchiote.
