- 120 grams Crushed Mom's Magic Fruity Milk Biscuits.
- 30 gms melted Amul Butter.
- 10 Alpenliebe strawberry Juzt Jelly chopped.
- 100 grams softed cottage cheese.
- 100 grams hung curd.
- 2 tbsp Condensed milk.
- Pinch salt.
- 9 halved Strawberry Juzt Jelly for garnishing.
Step by step how to cook Strawberry Jelly Cheese Cake:
- Mix crushed biscuits, melted amul butter and Chopped Alpenliebe strawberry Juzt Jelly in a bowl and set in round mould by pressing with spatula and keep it in the fridge to set.
- Meanwhile whisk cottage cheese, hung curd, Condensed milk and salt in a bowl gently. Remove round mould from the fridge and top of it spread this mixture and again keep it in the fridge to set..
