- 3-4 brioche buns.
- 1/4 sweet onion, finely chopped.
- 2 jalapeños, finely chopped.
- to taste Black pepper.
- 2 tsp. Chili chipotle seasoning.
- 1 TBS. parsley flakes.
- 1 raw egg.
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
- 2 tsp. liquid smoke (crucial ingredient!).
- For the toppings:.
- 3-4 slices smoked Gouda cheese.
- 1 avocado, sliced.
- 3-4 tomato slices.
- Red onion, sliced.
- Lettuce.
- 1 jalapeño, sliced.
- 1 bunch cilantro.
- 6-8 slices crisp bacon.
- 2 TBS. mayonnaise mixed with a TBS. of wasabi paste, as a condiment.
