Ingredients for Classic Carbonara recipe:
- 2 eggs.
- 50 grams pancetta(or you may use bacon if you like).
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 300 grams Spaghetti.
- 1 tsp black pepper.
- 150 grams grated Peggorino(if you can't find this kind of cheese,feel free to use mozarella or swiss).
- 1 liter water for boiling.

- Bring the water to boil then add about a teaspoon of salt to it. After it starts to make really big bubbles,add your spaghetti..
