  1. 1 Can Chickpeas.
  2. 1 Medium Potato.
  3. 1 Small Onion.
  4. 1 Tsp Ginger/ Garlic Paste.
  5. 1 Cube Chicken Stock.
  6. 1 Tsp Green Chillies Paste.
  7. 1 Tsp Mustard Powder.
  8. 1 Tsp Turmeric.
  9. 1 Tsp Coriander/Cumin Powder.
  10. 1 Tsp Red Chillies Fine.
  11. 1 Tsp Garam Masala (All Spice) Powder.
  12. 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper.
  13. 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg.
  14. Salt to Taste. If needed.
  15. 1 Tbsp Oil.
  16. 1 Tbsp Ghee.
  17. 1 Cup water.

Step by step how to cook Doubles. Trinidad Street Food:

  1. Braise chopped onions in Ghee/Oil, add in the Ginger/ Garlic Paste and add in chopped potatoes, chicken stock and water. Close lid and let it cook..
