- 1/2 cup milk.
- 1 1/2 tsp salt, seperated.
- 1 tsp pepper.
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper.

- 1 tsp garlic powder.
- 1 tbsp avocado oil.
- 1/2 pound Longhorn Style cheddar cheese.
