Ingredients for Kanda Poha:
- 1 cup soaked poha.
- 1 onion chopped.
- 4-5 curry leaves.
- 2 green chilli slit.
- 2 tbsp corrinder leaves chopped.
- as per the taste Salt.
- 4 tbsp groundnut.
- 3 tbsp oil.
- 1 tsp mustard seeds.
- 1 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp maggi magic masala.
- 1 tsp sugar(optional).
- 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
Step by step how to cook Kanda Poha:
- In a pan add oil as oil heats add mustard seeds as it crackles add curry leaves and green chilli let it splutter then add onion cook it till it turns pink in colour then add ginger garlic paste mix it. Then add groundnut saute it for few seconds then add turmeric powder mix them all together now add poha salt, maggi magic masala mix them all together let it cook for 2min. Then add corriender leaves, lemon juice and sugar mix everything and turn off the gas. Serve it hot..
