Ingredients for Meri Maggie:
- 2 Maggi.
- 1 medium sized onion.
- 1/2 tbs Ginger garlic paste.
- 1 green chilli chopped.
- 1 tomato.
- 2 tbs green bell pepper chopped.
- 2 tbs yellow bell pepper chopped.
- 2 tbs broccoli chopped.
- 3 tbs green peas.
- as needed Any veggies of your choice you can add.
- to taste Salt.
- 1/2 tbs Black Pepper.
- as needed Coriander leaves for garnish.
- 1 sachet Maggie magic masala.
Step by step how to cook Meri Maggie:
- In a pan add 2 tbs of oil and then Chopped onion,ginger garlic paste,fry it for 5 minutes then add the rest of the veggies and fry it for another 5 minutes on high flame..
- Now add water to it and the Maggie with Maggie masala.Cook it for another 5 minutes on high flame and garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy..
