Ingredients for Nigerian Tsire:

  1. Caw meat.
  2. Oil.
  3. Oregano.
  4. Chilly pepper.
  5. Dry ginger.
  6. Dry garlic.
  7. Ajino.
  8. Salt.
  9. Black pp.
  10. Thyme.
  11. Cucumber.
  12. Tomatoes.
  13. Onions.

Step by step how to cook Nigerian Tsire:

  1. Start by arranging the meat in a banbo skewers.
  2. Then mix oil with Maggi oregano,black pp and salt.
  3. Gently marinate the meat for an hour.
  4. After one hour.
  5. Place grilling pan on a low heat,place parchment paper and rub some oil.
  6. Then coat the marinated meat in a mix spices(chilly pp,kuli kuli,salt,ajino,dry ginger,dry garlic and black pp).
  7. Then grill.
  8. And turn the other side.
  9. It's all done garnish with slice cucumber tomatoes and onions.
