- Caw meat.
- Oil.
- Oregano.
- Chilly pepper.
- Dry ginger.
- Dry garlic.
- Ajino.
- Salt.
- Black pp.
- Thyme.
- Cucumber.

Step by step how to cook Nigerian Tsire:
- Start by arranging the meat in a banbo skewers.
- Then mix oil with Maggi oregano,black pp and salt.
- Gently marinate the meat for an hour.
- After one hour.
- Place grilling pan on a low heat,place parchment paper and rub some oil.
- Then coat the marinated meat in a mix spices(chilly pp,kuli kuli,salt,ajino,dry ginger,dry garlic and black pp).
- Then grill.
- And turn the other side.
- It's all done garnish with slice cucumber tomatoes and onions.
