  2. 600 grams pork or spare rib.
  3. 1 tbsp dark soy sauce.
  4. 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce.
  5. 3/4 tbsp sugar.
  6. 1 tbsp oil.
  7. 800 ml water.
  8. 300 grams salty preserved mustard green.

  3. In pan with oil brown pork with garlic.
  4. Add preserved mustard green and water.
