Ingredients for Queso Chicken & Orzo:
- 3-4 chicken breasts.
- 1 bottle Lawrys Baja Chipotle Marinade.
- 2 cups Orzo pasta.
- 1/2 cup butter.
- 4 cups chicken broth.
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste.
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed.
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese.
- 1 can Rotel.
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash Spicy.

- Cut chicken breasts into quarters. Place in large ziplock bag with marinade. Place in fridge for 30 minutes..
