  2. 1/2 cup uncooked long-grain white rice (divided).
  3. 1/4 cup water.
  4. 1 egg.
  5. 1 small shallot finely diced.
  6. 1 tbs minced garlic.
  7. 1 tbs fresh parsley chopped.
  8. 1 tsp Chipotle powder.
  9. 1/2 tsp paprika.
  10. to taste Salt and Pepper.
  11. 1 (10.25 Oz) can roasted red pepper soup.
  12. 1 (8 Oz) can tomato sauce.
  13. 1/2 cup water.
  14. 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce.

Place bell peppers in blender; cover and blend until smooth. Add cheese and Italian dressing; cover and blend until mixed. Oil grill grate well and place meatballs on the grill. Porcupine meatballs are hearty and well seasoned meatballs with rice that simmer in a rich tomato sauce.
